At Golden Hill Shelties we are owned by our terrific pets---the Shetland sheepdog. We have one fabulous female. If you are new to the breed you are in for a treat. These dogs love to be with their family. They are smart, agile and very loving. And do not forget they are beautiful!!! All of our dogs are registered with the AKC and your puppy will be also.
Our family lives on a small farm in Barker, New York. We work together to raise the best sheltie possible. We are located 45 minutes east of Niagara Falls and 45 minutes west of Rochester. Lake Ontario is only 2 miles away. On a clear day you can see Toronto from the 30 mile lighthouse. This is a beautiful place to raise a family and own shelties.
Our puppies are born and raised in the family room where they receive lots of tender loving care. The sheltie puppies see the vet around 6-7 weeks of age for their complete checkup and first shot from one of western New York's finest vets. When our puppies are ready for their forever homes around 8 weeks of age they will be eating Pro Plan/Purina 1 puppy food. They will leave here with a Pro Plan/Purina 1 puppy starter kit.
We welcome you to come and visit and pick out your new puppy. All of our shelties are very friendly and love making new friends.
